Description
<p>For this Panama rum, a combination of sugar cane juice and molasses is used as the fermentation base.<br>During the Panamanian dry season (from December to April), freshly pressed sugar cane juice is fermented and distilled, followed by aging in ex-bourbon barrels.</p><p>After aging for eight years, the rum is blended and finished in the famous Château Pape Clement barrels, from Bordeaux, France, for another six months.</p>
