<p>The Cattin winery, founded in 1720, is one of the oldest and most renowned family wineries in Alsace. For over three centuries, the name Cattin has stood for quality, innovation and passion in viticulture. Located in the picturesque village of Voegtlinshoffen, close to the famous wine route, the estate benefits from the unique terroirs of the region, which offer ideal conditions for the cultivation of fine grape varieties.<br><br>The Pinot Blanc grapes for the Crémant d'Alsace Brut are harvested by hand with the utmost care to ensure the highest quality. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C, which allows the fresh and fruity aromas to be optimally preserved. The crémant then undergoes traditional bottle fermentation, which gives it its fine perlage and complexity.
