He became the leader of his countrymen in the expulsion of the conquerors from his beloved land.<br><br>Don Papa comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. This exceptional spirit honors the heroes of the revolution. It is refined from high-quality sugar cane, which grows on extremely fertile volcanic soil.<br><br>Masskara was inspired by the fanatastic Masskara Festival in Manila. It was distilled with calamansi - the Filipino calamondino orange - to bring out distinctive citrus notes. Honey was added to sweeten the senses and Siling Labuyo for a touch of warmth and spice.</p>
