<p>The Tement winery, located in southern Styria on the border with Slovenia, concentrates primarily on the cultivation of white grape varieties. 95% of its vineyards are planted with varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Traminer. The wines, which are grouped under the name "Steirische Klassik", come from different vineyards and mature in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the "Steirische Klassik", the winery also produces single-vineyard wines, each of which reflects the characteristic influence of its specific vineyard site and is matured in both large and small wooden barrels.<br><br>Verjus has been valued for centuries as a healing, acidifying and seasoning agent and is rich in minerals and antioxidants. Tement Verjus Apero, finer than lemon juice, serves as a refreshing and vitalizing drink and is free from preservatives and additives.
