The gin Sul Jardim do Paraíso captures these in an exquisite, floral-spicy composition. Botanicals such as hibiscus flowers, Madeira basil, mallow flowers, oregano, bay leaf and ginger root were partly harvested by hand directly on the island. The production process is particularly complex: Five different macerates are distilled individually and then married to create a masterfully nuanced bouquet.<br><br>Jardim do Paraíso is the first edition of the limited Island Edition, a prestige series that will be continued over the next few years.
