<p>The Scheiblhofer winery is a family business and cultivates around 104 hectares of vines, making it one of the largest wineries in Burgenland. All the grapes are processed on the estate and marketed in bottles. The municipality of Andau, where the winery is located, is one of the municipalities with the most hours of sunshine and creates ideal conditions for full-bodied wines thanks to its mineral-rich gravel soil.<br>The winery is not only well known for its Prädikat wines, but also for its top red wines such as the outstanding "Big John". Johann Scheiblhofer has won more than 300 gold medals at national awards, making him the winner of the most awards in the country.<br><br>Scheiblhofer The Legends is an exquisite cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine matures for 16 months in new French barriques, developing its characteristic depth and complexity.
