<p>The Bauer Riesling is light yellow with green reflections and is labelled "Sex, Drugs &amp; Rock'n'Roll - just Riesling for me, thanks!" in the glass.&nbsp;</p><p>The grapes for this cheeky Riesling were shaped by a calcareous terroir.&nbsp;</p><p>This Riesling impresses with its minerality, coupled with the typical aromas of the variety.&nbsp;</p><p>Its scent is reminiscent of juicy peach, crisp apple and quince.&nbsp;</p><p>In addition, one third of the Riesling was fermented in large wooden barrels, which gives the wine a delicate spiciness and a fine melt.&nbsp;</p><p>This complex Riesling is best enjoyed well chilled with a grilled or roasted chicken with a spicy, salty crust.&nbsp;</p><p>The salt brings out the fruit in the wine and perfectly complements the minerality.&nbsp;</p><p>The creative slogans on the special editions of Bauer wines are not just a provocative marketing idea.&nbsp;</p><p>In the wine scene, you don't achieve much if the wine isn't right.
