Matured in ex-Cognac barrels, this cuvée embodies the art of sophisticated blending by merging the depth and complexity of the different rums.<br><br>The Yann Le Gall cuvée, which will be presented on May 4, continues the innovative collaboration between the distillery and the artist Yann Le Gall, which began with the first Cuvée Vast in 2023. Thierry Grondin, Savanna's Master Blender, has carefully selected two very old molasses rums to combine with an 8-year-old agricultural rum.<br><br>These three rums, aged in ex-Cognac French oak barrels, form a unique blend that reveals a refined and balanced aromatic palette. This cuvée testifies to the Savanna distillery's exceptional expertise in the art of ageing and blending, combining the tradition of rum-making with modern artistic creativity.</p>
