<p>The harvesting of Pellegrino Marsala is carefully done by hand and is still very traditional.<br>This Marsala is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then undergoes a refined aging in the bottle for about 3 months.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Radiant amber nuances in the glass. Pleasant notes of quince and orange peel. This Marsala convinces with a unique taste and fine aromas. Long lasting in the finish.<br><br>Grape varieties: Grillo, Inzolia, Cataratto.<br>Drinking temperature: 12-15°C.<br><br>This Marsala is excellent with pastries. It is also very well suited as an ingredient in the kitchen.</p>
