This distillery, located in El Arenal Jalisco, Mexico, produces handcrafted tequilas. The blue agaves are carefully harvested to ensure the best quality. Four varieties are then distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo. The Cava de Oro Añejo tequila, which is matured for two years, is very popular.<br><br>It matures longer than the minimum period of one year in the barrel required for the designation Añejo.
