The brand honors the ancestral customs of Jalisco and the agave fields by maintaining traditional methods in its production.<br><br>Traditionally, the agave hearts for Amatiteña Tequila Añejo are crushed with a tahona and then slowly cooked over an open fire to best preserve the sweet flavors. Fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in copper stills, the tequila develops a harmonious and complex note after 12 months of maturation that delights connoisseurs and novices alike.<br><br>These careful processes contribute significantly to the high quality and unmistakable taste of the tequila.</p>
