This rum is characterized by its restrained and decisive character, reminiscent of whisky, supported by a base of chlorophyll and molasses, which allows the aromas to develop later.<br><br>On the palate, the rum reveals nuances of undergrowth and an antiquated fragrance reminiscent of the interior of Romanesque churches or the first pages of an old liturgical book.
