It should ideally be served in a Prosecco glass at between 8 and 10°C.</p><h2><strong>PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ SPUMANTE</strong></h2><p>In 2019, the Italian consortium approved the blending of the white Prosecco grape variety, Glera, with a red grape variety to craft Prosecco Rosé.</p><p>Alongside Glera, the blend may include up to 15% of the esteemed red Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), a key component in Champagne. Prosecco Rosé exclusively takes the form of a Spumante, excluding the slightly sparkling Frizzante version.&nbsp;</p><p>To guarantee its desired high-quality character, Prosecco Rosé undergoes a minimum 60-day resting period on the lees after the fermentation process is complete. The grapes used in Prosecco Rosé must originate from a single harvest year, classifying it as a Millesimato.&nbsp;</p><p>Comprising 88% Glera and 12% Pinot Nero, SCAVI &amp; RAY PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ boasts a characteristic light-pink hue with subtle violet reflections and a delicate effervescence.
