<p>West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch.</p><p>It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks.&nbsp;</p><p>It is non chill filtered and also bottled without added colour at 43%</p><p><strong>FLAVOUR PROFILE</strong></p><p><strong>Aroma</strong>: Notes of honey, vanilla, caramel and chocolate on the nose. Slight fruit, but more a combination of fresh and dried.</p><p><strong>Taste</strong>: Roasted flavors like coffee, toast and chocolate coming through, with a dry finish.</p>
