<h2>VIRGIN OAK CASK</h2><p>West Cork Single Malt Virgin Oak Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks &amp; then finished in Kelvin Cooperage virgin oak casks. It is non chill filtered and bottled without added colour at 43%.</p><p><strong>TASTE</strong></p><p>Very light with slight fruit, but the main flavour at the end being black pepper.</p><p><strong>AROMA</strong></p><p>Hay, oak chips, sawdust, vanilla on the nose.</p>
