The Foursquare INDELIBLE 11 Years Old is part of the internationally recognized Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) from the famous Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, which stands for uncompromising quality and absolute transparency under the direction of Master Distiller Richard Seale. The name Indelible refers to the lasting impression that this bottling leaves in the memory of true rum lovers.

This single blended rum combines column still and pot still distillates in perfect balance and matured for 11 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Zinfandel wine barrels - a rare barrel combination that gives this bottling a particularly elegant and fruity, spicy character. It was bottled at 48% vol. - a strength that combines expressiveness with drinking pleasure. Like all bottlings in the ECS series, the INDELIBLE is unsweetened, uncolored and not chill-filtered - a true mark of quality for authentic rum enjoyment. 

Tasting notes:

Color: Golden amber with a reddish tinge.
Nose: Ripe berries, vanilla, oak, a hint of cinnamon, light fruit jam and caramelized sugar.
Taste: Full-bodied with notes of red fruits, baked apples, spices, toffee and delicate oak spice.
Finish: Long, harmonious and warm with fruity and spicy notes and a fine dryness.

The Foursquare INDELIBLE is ideal to enjoy on its own to fully appreciate the depth of its barrel ageing. It is an excellent accompaniment to cheese platters with mature Gouda or blue cheese, to dark chocolate with fruit filling, or as an accompaniment to fruity tart desserts.
