<p>The Heinrich St. Laurent is an elegant, delicately fruity red wine from the renowned Weingut Heinrich in Gols, located in the sun-drenched Burgenland region of Austria. Weingut Heinrich, run by Gernot and Heike Heinrich, has enjoyed an international reputation for many years and stands for outstanding biodynamic wines with an authentic terroir character. The St. Laurent grape variety in particular finds ideal conditions in the sunny Gols vineyards to optimally develop its elegant flavours.<br><br>For the Heinrich St. Laurent, the grapes are selectively harvested by hand and gently processed in order to authentically emphasise the typical characteristics of the grape variety. Careful fermentation takes place spontaneously with wild yeasts before the wine is carefully matured in large, used wooden barrels.
