<p>Ripe Malvasia grapes from the region around Nonino are used in the Nonino distillery together with the skin for the Grappa UE Di Malvasia Monovitigno. </p><p>After the grappa has been pushed through a discontinuous still, it matures in stainless steel tanks for up to a year. </p><p>All in all, the Nonino Grappa UE tastes wonderfully fruity with a pleasant mix of spices.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY PRODUCT</strong></p><p>Malvasia grapes</p><p><strong>ARTISANAL DISTILLATION</strong></p><p>Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills.</p><p><strong>ALCOHOL CONTENT</strong></p><p>38% vol.</p><p><strong>TASTE SENTATION</strong></p><p>It should be served at about 12°C in an icy open tulip shaped glass.</p><p><strong>TASTING</strong></p><p>Fresh, crystalline, slightly aromatic.</p>
