The use of the Baga grape from Bairrada, a small region of Portugal, is remarkable. This grape is typical of the region and gives the gin a delicate and fruity taste.<br><br>Other ingredients include organically grown botanicals such as hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and sage.
