<p>The Shin Blended Whisky is produced in Niigata, a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan. Niigata is praised for its three white treasures: Snow, Rice and Sake.<br>The word "Shin" means integrity, the basic creed of every samurai.<br>The Shin blended whisky is made from carefully selected malt and grain whiskies, which are aged in ex-bourbon as well as ex-Oloroso sherry casks.<br>Master Distiller, Ken Usami, blends these malt and grain whiskies in one cask, made from Japanese Mizunara oak.
