The agave is first cut, then covered with dried agave fiber and sealed with moistened earth. We balance the intensely smoked agave with traditionally cooked agave, ferment and double-distill the spirit and let it rest in oak barrels for over two months. The result is a unique,<br>masterly balanced tequila, both smoky, delicate and complex.</p>
