In 2000, Ernesto Mainardi founded Silver Seal, his second bottling company, having already established Sestante, one of the most prestigious bottling companies, in 1979. Both companies, renowned for their exceptional quality and expertise, were acquired in 2010 by Massimo Righi, owner of Whisky Antique. Righi thus continued the tradition of both brands and strengthened their position in the world of premium whisky.
