<p>Small batch made with heavily peated barley. </p><p>Benromach Peat Smoke is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. </p><p>It offers fragrant vanilla notes, which lead to lemon sherbet and apricot, finishing with smoky bonfire embers.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p><strong>COLOUR</strong></p><p>Light Gold</p><p><strong>AROMAS</strong></p><p>Very rich smoke with fragrant vanilla and light citrus zest. Hints of apples develop accompanied by white chocolate.</p><p><strong>PALATE</strong></p><p>Smooth with toasted oak, honey and sweet ripe fruit. Butterscotch and marshmallow flavours lead to a lemon sherbet all alongside sweet smoke.</p><p><strong>FINISH</strong></p><p>Mouth-coating sweetness and bonfire embers.</p>
