Glencadam 15 White Port Finish. Glencadam's Master Distiller chose American White Oak, ex bourbon casks distilled in 2006 and aged in their dunnage warehouses, and finished these in White Port casks. 

1 of 3684 bottles, it has summer fruit notes, rich pudding notes and a dash of spice.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright aromas of red berry fruits, Victoria sponge cake, acacia honey and stewed rhubarb with rose water and violet highlights.

Palate: Juicy strawberry and summer fruit pudding followed by redcurrent jelly, ruby chocolate and key lime pie with a pink peppercorn and cedar warmth.

Finish: Fresh waffles and syrup with berry coulis and impressions of Black Forest gâteaux fading to a long wood spice.
