Building on the success of Slipknot’s award-winning No. 9 whiskeys, Red Cask takes Cedar Ridge’s aged bourbon and rye whiskeys and finishes them for an additional year in estate-owned, red wine casks before expertly blending them for this most recent release.
The red wine finish gives a new dimension of flavor, body, and finish to the final product; all while packing the punch Slipknot No. 9 fans have come to love.
SLIPKNOT and Cedar Ridge Distillery - two groups of people born and raised in Iowa, and committed to quality and hard work.
We collaborated on “No. 9 Whiskey”, which in addition to Iowa corn, gets some extra spice from its rye content.

SLIPKNOT No. 9 Iowa Whiskey, 750 ml, 45% ABV (90 proof)
A blend of 3-4 yr. old of 56% corn, 36% malted rye, 8% malted barley.
The finish is given to this whiskey in red wine barrels of Cedar Ridge winery.
