<h2><strong>ISLE OF RAASAY GIN</strong></h2><p><strong>Dry, zesty, refreshing and smooth</strong></p><p>Presenting our handcrafted Scottish island gin, now in a bottle as beautifully crafted as the liquid inside. Our bottle is a reflection of the impressive island geology and our recipe combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and our double distilled spirit.</p><p>Bottled at 46% using water from our well, this is the first legal spirit from an island rooted in centuries of illicit distilling.</p><p>Every drop of our Scottish gin is lovingly distilled and bottled on the Isle of Raasay.</p><h2><strong>HANDCRAFTED SCOTTISH ISLAND GIN</strong></h2><p>Local botanist Dr Stephen Bungard helped us hand-pick only the finest Raasay juniper on the island.</p><p>We crafted the perfect balance of flavours by distilling the juniper along with a select few botanicals in our copper malt spirit still, and vapour infusing the rest in our copper gin basket to retain their vibrancy.</p><p>Our distillers make the cut when the citrus reveals itself and collect only the “heart” of the run, the very best quality spirit.</p><p>The creation and presentation of our Scottish island gin is inspired by Raasay’s impressive geological variety, our unique water source, island shores and state-of-the-art distillery. A fusion of tradition with contemporary thinking, process, and design. That’s the Raasay way.</p><h3><strong>THE ISLAND IN A BOTTLE</strong></h3><p>Our new bottle is a true encapsulation of the Isle of Raasay’s style, character and impressive geological variety.</p><p>The bottle is a glass mould of juniper, rocks and fossils found on Raasay.
