<h2>Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask Finish</h2><p>Master Distiller Robert Fleming created seven small batch bottlings by selecting casks of Tomintoul single malt, aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married and finished in hand-selected casks previously containing Caribbean Rum. This has led to a beautiful new series of Tomintoul Cask Finishes, of which this small batch bottling is a part.</p><p><strong>Tasting Notes:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><i><strong>Nose</strong>:</i> Fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, parma violets and custard filled buns.<br><i><strong>Taste</strong>:</i> Layers of muscovado sugar, sweet eclairs and honeycomb toffee bound with speculoos, nougat and coconut cream.<br><i><strong>Finish</strong>:</i> Sweet butterscotch and chocolate eclairs fade into a warming cake spice.</p>
