Our barrels are sourced from Kelvin Cooperage, a family-run business since 1963.</p><p>Awarded Gold Medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and at the Tequila.net Awards.</p><p>All Ilegal Mezcal bottles are made with 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass that would otherwise remain in landfills.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p>Aged to taste for 6 months.</p><p>Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate.</p>
