<h3>DON PAPA RUM</h3><h2>GAYUMA</h2><p>AGED IN EX-BOURBON AMERICAN OAK AND FINISHED IN EX RIOJA AND ISLAY CASKS</p><p>Don Papa Gayuma - meaning ‘love potion’ - is a super premium rum that pays homage to the unique rituals performed by the shamans of Mt. Kanlaon and Isla del Fuego (‘the Island of Fire’). It is aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks for three years, before going through a double barrel finish: 6 months in high toast ex-Rioja barrels followed by 3 months in rich, warming and smoky toasted oak casks, which first held Scotch whisky from the legendary isle of Islay.</p><p><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong></p><p><strong>Colour</strong>: Dark amber<br><strong>Nose</strong>: Peaty<br><strong>Mouth</strong>: Soft and delicate vanilla, light orange peel, deep cacao, and hints of cloves and mint.<br><strong>Finish</strong>: Smokey and spicy</p>
