<h2><strong>PORT MOURANT - 2010/2022</strong><br>&nbsp;</h2><p>A medium bodied rum distilled in a double wooden pot still, with a moderately estery character enhanced by a finish for 22 months in refill Oloroso.</p><p>At the nose it’ s fruitty, apparently sweet, easy and pleasant: not an aggressive or spicy profile, on the contrary it’s quite raisiny and reminiscent of an old sherry-malured whisky.</p><p>There is also a slighlly earthy note, from the cask. At the palate it’s fairly winey and tannic, but not blatanlly marked by the sherry.
