<p><strong>Rum Centenario 1985 Cask Selection </strong>was produced to celebrate the brand’s 35th anniversary.</p><p>The unique blend of rums was aged in barrels imported from Scotland, specifically from the Highlands region, and then matured in the Costa Rican jungle.</p><p>The character of the Scottish Highland casks brings notes of fresh and ripe berries (such as cherries and strawberries) and then notes of red apple, oak, smoke and wood.</p><p>Centenario 1985 is a tribute to 35 years of work for all those involved in the production of the world-renowned Centenario rum.</p><p>Each batch differs both in the choice of barrel and in the blend itself, thus offering a completely new taste experience.</p><p>With the new, individual blend of the <strong>Ron Centenario 1985 Cask Selection Rum Second Batch,</strong> a new design also comes along.</p><p>The label is inspired by the taste of the rum: the combination of the colors red, black and gold evokes memories of cherries, coffee, dried fruit and sweet oak in the consumer.</p><p><strong>Tasting Notes</strong><br><strong>Colour</strong>: Amber<br><strong>Nose</strong>: Pronounced notes of dried fruit, coffee, vanilla and sweet oak.<br><strong>Palate</strong>: Almonds, coffee and a touch of chocolate.&nbsp;<br><strong>Finish</strong>: Dry, long lasting.</p>
