<p>Sol Tarasco 8 Years Old is produced from local Mexican D.O.C. sugar cane juice that grows on red volcanic soil at an altitude of over 1,270 metres.&nbsp;</p><p>It is distilled in copper stills as well as in columns, before being aged for at least 8 years in ex-bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks before being bottled at 40%, without the addition of sugar or additives.</p><h4>Tasting notes</h4><p><strong>Appareance</strong></p><p>Dark wood.</p><p><strong>Nose</strong></p><p>Vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruits.</p><p><strong>Palate</strong></p><p>Seductive, dry and explosive, with clear notes of toasted oak, vanilla and spice.</p><p><strong>Finish</strong></p><p>Long and persistent.</p>
