<p>Pommery Brut Rosé is made from 33% each of the grape varieties Pinot, Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The aging takes place in the chalk cellars of the champagne house for 2-3 years, the second fermentation then takes place at a constant temperature of 10° C by adding sugar as well as yeast.
