<p>The Bumbu is based on an original recipe from the 16th and 17th centuries.<br>Sailors from the West Indies mixed Caribbean ingredients in their bumbu and so called this drink.<br><br>This Bumbu is still made today with Caribbean spices and no artificial colors, making it an authentic revival of Caribbean-derived history.<br>The ultra-heavy glass bottle of the spirit drink is a work of art in itself and is adorned with a metal "X".
