<p>The Bumbu XO comes from Panama and is distilled there exclusively from locally grown sugar cane and pure spring water.<br>The 18-year maturation takes place in ex-bourbon barrels, a finish takes place in ex-sherry barrels.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Color: amber.<br>Nose: notes of toffee, toasted oak, vanilla.<br>Taste: orange zest, peppery spices, touch of coffee.<br>Finish: Long lasting.<br><br>Bumbu The Original can be used neat, on ice or as an ingredient in cocktails.</p>
