Description
<p>The Demon's Share molasses rum is distilled using the column still method. It is then aged for 12 years in American oak barrels. </p><p>The name of the rum is a reference to the "Angel's Share". </p><p>This is the portion of the distillate that is lost during storage due to evaporation. </p><p>The Demon's Share is thus the portion that belongs to us worldly demons.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Color: Dark red.<br>Nose: Notes of coffee, hints of vanilla, cocoa, tobacco.<br>Palate: Soft, licorice, vanilla notes, molasses, cocoa, cinnamon flavors, coffee.<br>Finish: Long lasting.</p>
