<p>Dictador Rima is a sequent edition of a limited series of a collection of vintages aged under the supervision of Hernan Parra. Dictador’s Master Blender continues his masterpiece in splenderous creation of rums aged in American Oak with Port and Sherry casks finish. Rima in Spanish means ‘Rime’ and just like in a poeme one can find perfect symbiosis of words, in the bottles of Dictador Rima, you will find a perfect synergy of flavours and a unique tasting experience.<br><br><strong>TASTING NOTES</strong><br><br><strong>Nose:</strong> There is a note of dusty church pews and leather arm chairs: a real vintage feel to these aroma. These are complimented by delicate oak spices and some hints of warm cooking apples dusted with sugar and cinnamon.<br><br><strong>Palate:</strong> Earthy forest floors and some hints of freshly cut oak work with a softer, Victoria sponge cake note. Sweet vanilla, walnut husks and some nutmeg.<br><br><strong>Finish:</strong> The nutty notes of the palate are lingering on the finish, with the addition of some dark, soft sugar.<br><br>The Rima 1 Port Cask Vintage 2002 bottling matures for 20 years and receives a finish in port casks to achieve its unique heavy vintage aroma with fruit and spice notes playing around.<br><br>Distilled: 2002<br>Bottled: 2022<br>Cask no: ExP-873<br>Limited to 880 bottles.</p>
