Dictador’s Master Blender continues his masterpiece in splenderous creation of rums aged in American Oak with Port and Sherry casks finish. Rima in Spanish means ‘Rime’ and just like in a poeme one can find perfect symbiosis of words, in the bottles of Dictador Rima, you will find a perfect synergy of flavours and a unique tasting experience.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: BBQ embers, some notes of tomato plants, earthy ginger root, and a hint of leather. This also has flamed marshmallow, and a note of lemon zest.
Palate: Big notes of earthy tobacco cigar wrapper, some notes of pachouli, a hint of nutmeg and some additional nutty notes of walnut and almond. Rich
Finish: Long notes of fresh ginger and vanilla give this real depth.
The Rima 1 American Oak Cask Vintage 2006 bottling matures for 16 years in American oak barrels, giving it its earthy character with subtle nutty aromas.
