<p>"BUI" means "life" in the Otomí people of Mexico. Otomí were the first settlers in the high valley of Mexico.<br>This mezcal has a smoky flavor, which is obtained from the wood stoves. </p><p>The production is done by hand, so that the original taste of the mezcal is preserved.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Color: Clear.<br>Nose: Fruity, mezcal, smoke.<br>Taste: Rich, smoky, notes of wood stove.<br>Finish: Long lasting.</p>
