<p>The Macallan M 2022 is one of the darkest bottlings of The Macallan.<br>The bottle was designed in collaboration with Fabien Barons and Lalique. An expressive decanter in the shape of a black crystal.<br>Lalique is one of the leading companies in the crystal glass industry in France. Fabien Baron is the creative director of the Baron &amp; Baron brand.<br><br>Through the constant evolution of Macallan, this whisky became more profound than most smoky Macallan's before.<br>The distillates used for Macallan are carefully selected by hand.<br>They are stored in former sherry casks. The oak casks are selected by the Macallan Master of Wood.<br>Due to the storage in special wooden barrels, the Macallan M Black gets its pleasant and natural flavors.<br><br>This Macallan Decanter series defines the heart of Macallan.<br><br>Limited to 1895 bottles.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Natural amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Sweet of black cherries, demerara sugar, oak aromas, leather, vanilla notes, chocolate.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Herbal notes, licorice, tea leaves, chocolate, wood flavors.<br><strong>Finish:</strong> Long lasting, dried fruit, dark chocolate.</p>
