<p>This mezcal is elaborated with Maguey Espadin (Agave Angustifolia) and Maguey Tobala (Agave Potatorum Zucc) and distilled three times in copper stills.&nbsp;</p><p>Our espadin Agaves are harvested at 8 years old, reaching an optimal maturiration, while Tobalá is harvested at 12 in wild natural conditions.</p><h2>Tasting notes</h2><p><strong>Appareance</strong></p><p>Clean, crystalline, full-bodied.</p><p><strong>Nose</strong></p><p>Ripe agave, pumpkin aromas with a smoky touch are elegantly balanced with citrus notes. Its fibrous character is present, followed by cinnamon and vanilla notes.</p><p><strong>Palate</strong></p><p>The taste is honest with a spicy and earthy character perfectly assembled with sweet notes of vanilla.</p><p><strong>Finish</strong></p><p>Its triple distillation results in a great body and a noble finish with a strong personality.</p>
