<h2><strong>Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry</strong></h2><p>The Prosecco Millesimato Paladin is the result of an accurate selection of grapes from vineyards of its historical production area. Prosecco has been present in this area for at least two centuries and for some historians its origin dates back to the times of the Roman Empire.&nbsp;</p><p>The fermentation for the taking of foam takes place at 13°C and gives rise to a fine perlage, particularly pleasant and soft on the palate.&nbsp;</p><p>This technique also allows to obtain delicate perfumes and intriguing flavours.</p><ul><li>Prosecco has a pale straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage.</li><li>The scent is distinctly fruity and remembers apple and pear and with a delicate hint of citrus fruit that blend in the floral. Characterized by a soft taste for the elegant melt of the foam to the palate.</li><li>Sapid and persistent, pleasantly lively and light to each sip for its moderate alcohol.</li><li>Excellent opening wine, finds ideal combinations with fish appetizers and risotto. Excellent as an aperitif and a conversation wine.</li></ul><p><br>Residual sugar: 14,5-15 g/l.<br>Acidity: 5,8-6,3 g/l.<br>PH: 3-3,2.<br>Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.</p>
