<p>González Byass is one of the most famous sherry bodegas in Spain. In 1835 the company was founded by Manuel María González.<br><br>The grapes for the production of González Byass Pedro Ximénez Nectar Sherry come from their own vineyards. After harvesting, the berries are dried traditionally in the sun for about ten days. The maturation takes place in the traditional solera and criadera system.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Rich straw yellow in the glass. Notes of dried fruit, raisins, figs, dates and oak on the nose. On the palate one finds fine fruity sweetness and great density. The finish is long with a spicy licorice note.<br><br>Grape variety: Pedro Ximénez.<br>Serving temperature: 16°C.<br><br>Enjoy the sherry with a dessert, nuts or spicy cheese.</p>
