Description
<p>Amber in color, clean, on the nose it has notes of dried fruits and hints of wood, and on the palate it is soft, with a persistent aftertaste.</p><p>Oxidative aging wine from the beginning, from the 100% palomino variety. It is made using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras in American oak barrels, and has an average age of 6 years.</p><p><strong>ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION</strong><br>18% vol.</p><p><strong>PRESENTATION</strong><br>75 cl bottles.</p><p><strong>PAIRING</strong><br>Perfect for stews, both legumes and meats, and spicy dishes.</p><p><strong>SERVICE AND CONSERVATION RECOMMENDATIONS</strong><br>Serve between 12º and 16º C.</p>
