<p>Dr. Henry Lindeman founded the Lindemans brand in 1843. Lindemans wines come from the Murray Darlin region in southwestern Australia.<br>The most famous wine, BIN 65 Chardonnay, was created in the 1980s.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Pale golden yellow in the glass. Bouquet of orange peel and cookie, wonderful fruit basket also on the palate, very floral and gentle finish. On the palate lightly structured, light-hearted and particularly accessible Chardonnay. Long lasting on the finish.<br><br>Grape variety: Chardonnay.<br>Acidity: 4.8 g/l.<br>Residual sugar: 3.5 g/l.<br>Maturation: stainless steel tank.<br>Drinking temperature: 11-13°C.<br>Closure: screw cap.<br>Shelf life: 3 years.<br><br>Enjoy the wine with light, light dishes, as well as with sweet-spicy dishes.</p>
