<p>In January 2013, the first spirit flowed through the stills at Wolfburn - the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland.<br>For the annual father, the distillery presents a limited Father's Day Edition, which matures for 7 years in sherry casks and bourbon casks.<br><br>It is a limited bottling of 1,840 bottles.</p><p><strong>Colour:</strong> Bright amber.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Soft, sweet, sherry aromas, notes of caramel, toffee.<br><strong>Taste:</strong> Sweet, notes of chocolate, truffle, toffee, smoke.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, caramel.</p>
