<p>Diciotto Lune, Grappa Stravecchia, comes from a blend of both red and white grape varieties. It is then aged for 18 months in small cherry, ash, oak and locust barrels.<br><br>Riserva Botte Whisky is a special edition characterised by additional ageing in a limited number of carefully selected Scottish barrels, previously used for the refinement of peaty and non-peaty Whiskys. Further refinement highlights a sharper Grappa-Wood contrast and a peaty scent. A combination of unique sensations.</p><p><strong>Bouquet</strong>: ample, slightly peaty</p><p><strong>Structure</strong>: round, persistent</p><p><strong>Ageing process</strong>: 18 months in small barrels made of different woods + in Whisky barrels.</p>
