S.O.P. matures for at least 4 years in bourbon barrels.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>mahogany.<br><strong>Nose: </strong>Mild, roasted cocoa beans, mocha, candied oranges, vanilla.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Caramel, exotic spices, notes of dried fruit, coconut, banana, nuts.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, woody, hints of pepper, cocosette.</p>
