<p>La Contesse is a winery that has been run by the Bonotto family since 1970. The winery is located at the foot of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hill in the province of Treviso.&nbsp;</p><p>For the production of the Prosecco mainly the grape variety Glera is used.&nbsp;</p><p>A grape variety that is ideally suited for the production of sparkling wine.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Slightly reddish accents in the glass. In the nose fruity, floral after violets and dog roses with fine accents of a bread crust. At the palate after red fruits, fresh and full-bodied. Long lasting and refreshing in the finish.<br><br>Grape variety: Glera 85-90%, Pinot Nero 10-15%.<br>Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.<br><br>Enjoy the Prosecco as an aperitif. It also goes well with fish, crustaceans and white meat.</p>
