<p>The Karl Inführ sparkling wine cellar is the most awarded sparkling wine cellar in Austria. The company can already look back on 100 years of experience. The winery manufactures its products using the Charmat process. </p><p>The process takes place in pressure-resistant large containers.<br>The process was named after its inventor, Eugène Charmat.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>The apricot fruit sparkling wine is an Austrian speciality. It is sweet and fruity, light in alcohol and is excellent for dessert.<br><br>Residual sugar: 65 g/l</p>
